Lawyers, law firms, administrators and legal management expect lawyers to contribute to their firm's success by becoming "rainmakers." In other words, they need to contribute to the bottom line. It's time for law schools to begin preparing future lawyers by teaching them the basics of business, marketing and sales/business development. But it doesn't stop there...firms must continue the process.
