Skybridge Spectrum Foundation, a tax-exempt private operating foundation holding FCC wireless licenses located in Berkeley, California, has filed a chapter 11 petition before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 16-10626).  The case has been assigned to the Honorable Christopher S.
