Zeitgeist Capital, LLC, Gryphon Resources, Inc., and Cobalt, LLC have commenced an involuntary case (Case No. 16-10569 (KG)) against Georgia Proton Treatment Holdings, LLC under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code by filing a petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Two of the debtor’s affiliates, Dallas Proton Treatment Center, LLC and Dallas Proton Treatment Holdings, LLC, are debtors in cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. The Honorable Kevin Gross will preside over the case in Delaware, and the Honorable Stacey G.C. Jernigan is presiding over the cases in Texas.
