Pre-K to 12 Title IX Regulations Trainings

July 17th is the last day to receive Bricker Graydon’s inaugural K-12 Title IX pricing. Starting July 18th, prices for this series will increase. Make sure you register you and your teams ASAP to avoid paying increased pricing for our August series!

Join Bricker Graydon attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant with the current Title IX regulations.

*Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by theTitle IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Attendance at these trainings is limited to employees of K-12 schools and other individuals who provide services to those school districts. Individuals who are unaffiliated with a school district will not be permitted to attend without prior approval. Level 2: K-12 Title IX informal resolution facilitator training

This advanced-level virtual training course satisfies the training requirements of the new Title IX regulations for an informal resolution facilitator and provides the tools and practice to serve neutrally and assist in resolution of sexual harassment matters.
