Yesterday our panel from Seyfarth’s Workplace Safety team led a briefing on OSHA regulation and enforcement under the Trump Administration.

-Ongoing OSHA Initiatives such as Electronic Reporting
-Workplace Violence
-The Rise of Whistleblowers
-Best Practices for Managing an OSHA Inspection
Finally, the panel discussed practical tips to guide employers in this new regulatory environment.
