Late Friday, May 15th, the SBA released the PPP “Loan Forgiveness Application Form” and related addendums and instructions, which provide additional guidance and new details on how loan forgiveness will be calculated and reviewed. The forms and instructions can be found HERE. The package also includes a list of supporting materials that borrowers will need to submit with the forgiveness application, as well as a list of other supporting materials related to PPP loans that borrowers will be required to maintain.
