Garante revealed, not yet in full, that OpenAI has violated the EU General Data Protection Regulation, likely because ChatGPT was trained by ingesting masses of data scraped from the internet. Floyd Mandell Explains Utility of Consumer Surveys in Trademark Disputes Despite Judicial Skepticism
