Fallon, M.J.   Court resolves protective order dispute.

The dispute centers on what information may be disclosed to foreign counsel in non-US counterpart litigation. The magistrate previously asked the parties to be guided by a decision in Invista v. M&G. The parties returned with a new disputed paragraph. The court denies defendant’s request to include this paragraph because the procedures contained therein would reveal which documents are important to plaintiffs and therefore disclose work product.
