  • The resolution reaffirms RAGA’s support for the state of Israel as an important democratic ally, and calls on state AGs to use their powers to investigate and prosecute organizations that provide aid to Hamas or support to terrorists.
  • The resolution comes on the heels of a recent investigation announced by Virginia AG Jason Miyares into the non-profit organization AJP Educational Foundation, Inc., an affiliate of American Muslims for Palestine, for alleged potential violations of Virginia’s charitable solicitation laws.
