State insurance regulators continue to respond to issues surrounding COVID-19.   States are addressing a wide variety of issues, including (1) the treatment of "insurance" as an "essential business" in light of "Stay at Home" orders; (2) encouraging continued flexibility when dealing with insureds; and (3) extension or waiver of filing requirements for various insurance company filings.

REMINDER: We will distribute an updated version of this chart twice a week for the foreseeable future, highlighting new material. We are in the process of developing additional tools to assist our clients as the regulatory landscape continues to change in response to this pandemic.
