More than ever, it is critical that employers design initiatives and allocate resources for DEIA programs based on objective metrics. This article details the use of a new type of holistic view of an organization, the Life Cycle Analysis. This analysis examines every employment stage, from recruitment to attrition, to objectively determine where employers should focus time, effort, and resources to best meet DEIA objectives.
