USCIS Announces Inflation Adjustment to Premium Processing Fees

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services recently announced it will increase the filing fee for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing. The fee change will go into effect for all Premium Processing requests received on or after Feb. 26, 2024. Any requests received on or after that date with the wrong fees will be rejected.

USCIS provided the following table of adjusted fees:
