Aaron litigates high-profile copyright and trademark actions for both plaintiffs and defendants, including studios, independent distributors, production companies, video game publishers, toy companies, apparel manufacturers, technology firms and individuals. He has particularly extensive experience handling matters involving the ownership, licensing and termination of rights in fictional characters, including such globally-recognized properties as Godzilla, Spider-Man, Lassie, Frosty the Snowman, and Casper the Friendly Ghost.

Tiffany is Counsel in Greenberg Glusker's Litigation Department. Tiffany's practice focuses on litigating and counseling news, entertainment and other media clients in a wide range of matters implicating their First Amendment and intellectual property rights, including claims for defamation, libel, right of publicity, breach of contract, and copyright infringement. She has represented and advised clients in complex commercial litigation, defended antitrust product liability, and class action matters, and conducted criminal and internal investigations for white-collar matters. She has litigation experience with a range of trial processes and case strategies in state and federal courts in California, Illinois, Washington, and Oregon.

Josh is a litigator whose practice focuses primarily on entertainment and intellectual property litigation. Josh has significant experience representing studios, production companies, video game publishers, musicians, graphic artists, and other independent content creators. He assists clients in navigating all stages of the litigation and dispute resolution process, including pre-litigation counseling, trial, and alternative dispute resolution. He also has significant appellate experience, litigating before both the California Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit. Josh serves as Co-Chair of Greenberg Glusker's Coronavirus Task Force.
