Generative AI (GAI) is all the rage. GAI "promises" to do a lot for, among other things, productivity and innovation. But GAI carries risks, as does any technology.

This program will examine:

• What GAI is
• How courts and legislatures are responding to its use
• Attorney ethical obligations involving GAI
• liabilities that might arise from GAI

The program will also suggest best practices when using GAI.
