Whether in connection with their marketing programs or other data-driven initiatives, wineries and wine clubs are becoming more reliant on the data of their customers. Those that are collecting consumer data need to be aware of and in compliance with the latest laws regarding collection and protection. Whether due to compliance requirements or community expectations, it is of utmost importance that wineries and wine clulbs take steps to mitigate the risks associated with noncompliance.
