April 5th, 2022
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT

In conjunction with the release of the firm's year-in-review report, our speakers will discuss the recent cases surrounding IPR estoppels, evidentiary issues, and recovery, which notably highlight the interplay between the district court and the PTAB in which a decision in one tribunal can influence another. Additionally, the speakers will highlight their own experience regarding these issues and discuss the strategy moving forward for plaintiffs and defendants.

The firm is actively applying for CLE credit for each of the webinars in our series. A post-event survey will be emailed to webinar attendees following the conclusion of the program. Please be on the lookout for that email as participants must complete it in order to be put forward for CLE credit.
