Join Ulmer Attorneys John C. Goheen and Adam R. Watowicz as they discuss the tax provisions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act). The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to pass the legislation and President Trump is expected to sign the bill on Friday, March 27, 2020.

The CARES Act is intended to provide federal government support in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and associated economic fallout for both businesses and individuals. John and Adam will cover the key provisions related to tax law changes.
