Glidden has been LyondellBasell's top lawyer since 2009, and succeeds Michael Millikin, who is retiring in July. [Source]

• Keenan Hohol will assume the role of General Counsel  of Pan American Silver Corp. effective April 1, 2015

• Lee Leslie named Chief Legal Officer of Auction.com

Prior to joining Auction.com in 2014, Leslie was the founder and chief executive officer of online real estate services firm HouseTech Real Estate, which is now a subsidiary of Auction.com. [Source]

• Daniel Nordby named General Counsel of the Republican Party of Florida

Nordby currently serves as a partner with Shutts & Bowen LLP of Tallahassee. [Source]

• Norman Reed joins Ripple Labs as General Counsel

A law graduate from Columbia University, Reed started his career at a large international firm where he worked for three years. He later joined the prestigious Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he got to know Karen Gifford — Ripple Labs’s Chief Compliance Officer, also a former New York Fed. [Source]

• Michael A. Sgro named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of American Water

Sgro was most recently general counsel of American Water’s Northeast Division, and has also been serving as American Water’s interim general counsel since early January. [Source]

• Atulya Sharma joins Apollo Tyres as Chief Legal Counsel

Sharma had resigned as head of legal at Deutsche Bank in December 2014. [Source]

• Rajiv Shah has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd

• John R. Walter named as CVR Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Walter joined CVR Energy in 2008 as associate general counsel and later served as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary.  [Source]

• Jean Weng has been named Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Voya Financial

In this role, Ms. Weng will work closely with Voya Financial's board members, provide advice and counsel to management, and guide the company's corporate governance efforts. Weng will continue to report to Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer Bridget M. Healy. [Source]

• Shachi Bhatt named Chief Compliance Officer of New York City Retirement Systems

Ms. Bhatt, who was previously associate director, compliance and risk management, at Convergent Wealth Advisors, will identify and implement systems to assess internal regulatory compliance in addition to vendors’ compliance. [Source]

• Danielle Horstman Capilla joins United Benefit Advisors as New Chief Compliance Officer.
