Copy of 'The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010' a bill that goes into effect in January, 2012, and addresses the issue of corporate accountability in human traffic and slavery. Corporations doing businesses in California with gross receipts in excess of $100 million are required to comply with the bill by disclosing on their websites what policies and procedures they have in place to combat slave labor and human trafficking in their supply chains.
