OUTSIDE GENERAL COUNSEL SERVICES
Our lawyers frequently serve as “outside general counsel” for midmarket and/or smaller manufacturing companies (including privately held and family owned companies) that have no in-house lawyers. Our manufacturing practice members counsel clients on a wide array of issues, including labor/employment, environmental, warranties, vendor relations, workplace safety/OSHA, product recalls, and product development, among other things.

Our manufacturing clients range from publicly-traded, Fortune 500 companies to privately-held companies founded by family members. They include manufacturers of a variety of commercial and consumer products, sub-components, distributors, and others in the supply chain. Our firm has experience in a broad spectrum of industries including aerospace, building materials, chemicals, consumer products, electrical, food and beverage (including nutritional and dietary supplements), industrial machinery, life science and pharmaceuticals, and technology.
