Practice/Organization Description
We are a multidisciplinary consulting firm helping producers strategically and cost-efficiently comply with the extended producer responsibility (EPR) packaging and paper programs on a nation-wide basis. Our professionals have extensive background and experience in law, engineering, chemistry, economics, public policy, and program leadership.
We have been engaged -- and continue to engage -- with the state programs since their inception. We attend Advisory Board meetings and regulatory workshops, monitor and participate in the rule-making process, engage with stewardship and trade associations, and foster relationships with leaders in the field.
Our clients are brand leaders in the consumer packaged goods industries, including food and beverage, confectionaries, nutritional supplements, personal care and beauty products, and others -- as well as producers in the packaging, agribusiness, and horticultural sectors.
In addition to general program support, we pioneered the design of the Preliminary Producer Evaluation (PPE) Report to help our clients evaluate their status as a producer and for what categories of materials, identify potential exclusions or exemptions, and flag issues that may need to be raised at the program level.
