Laughlin, Falbo, Levy and Moresi is proud to be one of the most prominent firms specializing in the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims in the state of California. Established in 1985 with 14 attorneys, today we have over 120 attorneys aggressively representing the interests of insurers and employers throughout the state.
Our firm was the first to offer statewide representation. We now have 11 offices strategically located throughout California to provide services at all district offices of the WCAB. Our substantial resources provide our clients the best of both worlds – a solid foundation for litigating, to whatever extent necessary, while maintaining a small firm atmosphere with expertise and local knowledge of the various WCAB districts throughout the state. We emphasize constant communication and top quality representation for our clients at competitive rates.
We also have established dedicated practice groups with expertise in Public Agency and Educational Entity Defense. We represent cities, counties, fire districts, school districts, and a variety of other public entities. We work collaboratively with claims administrators, Human Resources Departments, Agency Counsel, and others as necessary to provide the most effective representation.
Our other practice areas include Disability Retirement, 132a, defense of Serious and Willful petitions, Subrogation and Longshore practice including its extensions.
