About Us
We developed this blog to help companies navigate the growing and complex challenges of international competition laws. Understanding the latest developments in addressing these challenges can mean the difference between capitalizing on a strategic opportunity and facing a substantial damages claim or, in some jurisdictions, risking criminal liability.

In the transactional area, we have represented dozens of leading companies in obtaining pre-merger clearance.
