A proposed bill cuts $61 billion in green building programs including 20% cut in the Fed. Building Fund; 35% cut in the DOE’s Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy office; $250 million cut at HUD; and $10 million cut in the EPA’s Energy Star program.
