Opposition: Notice of Intervention filed June 12, 2023, by Affinity Hospital, LLC d/b/a Grandview Medical Center and Affinity Orthopaedic ASC, LLC. Contested case hearing requested June 20, 2023. ALJ assigned June 23, 2023. Intervenors filed motion to withdraw opposition September 21, 2023. Project reverted back to SHPDA/CONRB for hearing. Approved.
