AL2023-011, Metro Treatment of Alabama, L.P. d/b/a Birmingham Metro Treatment Center, Birmingham, AL: Proposes to relocate Birmingham Metro Treatment Center, an existing outpatient opioid treatment facility, currently located in Jefferson County within ten (10) miles of the current site. Opposition: None. Approved.

B. AL2023-012, St. Vincent’s East, Birmingham, AL: Proposes to expand its geriatric psychiatric unit by adding six (6) beds to their existing twenty (20) beds in an already built-out space on the sixth (6th) floor of the Physician Office Building 46 on the campus of St. Vincent’s East in Jefferson County. Opposition: None. Approved.
