Data plays a central role in today’s digital litigation landscape, heightening the need for specialized skills to manage increasingly complex technical processes and challenges. Nextpoint Law Group, a new Arizona-based ABS law firm, partners with firms to provide these specialized skills, ensuring all legal teams have access to the benefits of advanced technologies and data manipulation.
In this clip, ediscovery expert Brett Burney chats with two leaders of the firm, Andy Greene and Sonali Hanson. Greene, an attorney with nearly 30 years of experience in commercial litigation and other fields, leads Nextpoint Law Group as Managing Partner. Hanson, a registered patent attorney and legal data specialist, serves as the Managing Director of eDiscovery Services.
Nextpoint, the firm’s sister company, saw a growing need for comprehensive support in managing the technical side of litigation. Many attorneys don’t have the bandwidth or desire to become technical experts on top of their existing caseloads, but these teams still have to handle ESI protocols, Early Case Assessment, data collection and production, and more. Nextpoint Law Group was formed to fill these gaps and provide specialized support for complex data and technology challenges.
