Sleet, J.   Claim construction opinion issues regarding five terms from one patent.  A Markman hearing took place on March 7, 2016.

The disputed technology relates to design for clothing. The following terms were considered:

  1. “a pair of thigh encircling elastic bands”
  2. “lift bands”
  3. “attached”
  4. “spiral up and out”
  5. “crotch strap”
