We are excited to welcome Rebekah Goshorn Jurata, General Counsel of the American Investment Council (AIC), who will discuss the impact of the midterm elections on many key legislative and regulatory proposals important to the private equity industry.
Before joining the AIC, Rebekah served as a board member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Prior to this, she served in the White House as Special Assistant for Financial Policy at the National Economic Council where she worked on a wide array of financial services policy issues in addition to a variety of other roles in the federal government.
The AIC is an advocacy and resource organization established to develop and provide information about the private investment industry and its contributions to the long-term growth of the U.S. economy and retirement security of American workers.
