Together with the Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE), Bricker attorneys Josh Nolan, Melissa Carleton, Erin Butcher and Jessica Galanos will present an interactive one-day workshop highlighting the laws and guidance that inform Title IX investigations. Participants will learn how to approach investigations from a comprehensive and transparent way to ensure their practices are equitable and supportive to all parties, and will discuss the proposed Title IX regulations and the ways in which the proposed regulations will have an impact on their Title IX investigations and other areas of campus.

This workshop will feature a highly interactive process using hypotheticals and experiential exercises to teach participants how to manage changes in Title IX, conduct effective investigations, and make good decisions using their own policy language.
