Traditionally, the financial services sector has preferred to resolve its disputes through litigation in trusted jurisdictions such as New York, London and Frankfurt. However, a recent report by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) concluded that attitudes are changing and financial institutions are becoming more open to arbitration, particularly in international disputes.
