  • The FTC settled with Rejuvica LLC and its owners to resolve allegations that the company’s marketing of Sobrenix Advanced Alcohol Support violated the FTC Act and the Opioid Addiction Recovery Fraud Prevention Act.
  • The FTC alleges in its complaint that Rejuvica made unsubstantiated marketing claims that Sobrenix—an herbal tincture—eliminates alcohol cravings to help users reduce alcohol consumption. The FTC also alleges that Rejuvica presented paid advertising and endorsements for the product as objective third-party reviews, and created fake review websites to promote Sobrenix and other products sold by the company.
  • The defendants have agreed to a proposed order that requires them to pay the FTC $650,000 to provide refunds to consumers, and prohibits them from making unsubstantiated claims about any products or services in the future.
