  • In New Mexico, Second Judicial District DA Raúl Torrez defeated State Auditor Brian Colón in the Democratic primary. Torrez will face Republican Jeremy Gay, who faced no opposition in his primary, in November’s general election. Incumbent AG Hector Balderas, who has held the AG office since 2015, is term-limited.
