Title IX Regulations Training (K-12)

The final Title IX regulations have been released. How will the new requirements affect your policies and procedures? Join Bricker & Eckler attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant.

Please note that Title IX training prices will increase on September 1, 2022. Through August 31, 2022, Level 1 registration fees are $40 and Level 2 registration fees are $100. *Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the new Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Attendance at these trainings is limited to employees of K-12 schools and other individuals who provide services to those school districts. Individuals who are unaffiliated with a school district will not be permitted to attend without prior approval. Level 2: K-12 Title IX informal resolution facilitator training

This advanced-level virtual training course satisfies the training requirements of the new Title IX regulations for an informal resolution facilitator and provides the tools and practice to serve neutrally and assist in resolution of sexual harassment matters.
