Title IX Regulations Training (K-12)

The final Title IX regulations have been released. How will the new requirements affect your policies and procedures? Join Bricker & Eckler attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant.

Note that Level 1 registration fees are $40 and Level 2 registration fees are $100. Decision-maker with live hearing registration fees are $200. Registrants for six training sessions (excluding Level 2: K-12 Title IX decision-maker & live hearing training) will receive a discount ($450 total). Registrants for all seven training sessions will receive a discount ($550 total).

*Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the new Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.
