Advanced Title IX Regulations Training, Level 3 (Higher Education)
Bricker & Eckler is pleased to announce a series of Level 3 Higher Education Title IX trainings for Title IX coordinators, investigators, and decision-makers. These trainings will build on the basic skills and subjects discussed in our Level 1 and 2 trainings, and give participants an opportunity to practice explaining the Title IX process during an intake interview (Level 3 Title IX coordinator training), conduct difficult interviews (Level 3 Title IX investigator training) and make relevance rulings during live cross-examination hearings (Level 3 Title IX decision-maker training). Each training also includes a two hour writing workshop focused on the writing necessary for the respective role in the Title IX process. Join us in taking a deeper look at the Title IX process in these six-hour training sessions presented over two consecutive days (with a four hour afternoon session of substantive content followed by a two hour writing workshop the following morning). All trainings will be presented via Zoom and will use break-out rooms to provide a smaller group setting for skills practice.
Attendance at these trainings is limited to employees of higher education institutions and other individuals who provide services to those institutions. Individuals who are unaffiliated with an institution will not be permitted to attend without prior approval. Contact Laura Schaller at email@example.com for additional information or to edit an existing registration.
