Webinar Series: Hot Topics in Employment

Bricker & Eckler’s annual “Hot Topics” seminar is remaining virtual this year! This series provides human resources professionals and in-house attorneys with insight into ongoing and emerging labor and employment issues.

We hope you will join these interactive discussions on current employment laws and regulations, many of which are changing in light of COVID-19. Our attorneys will provide practical strategies for dealing with today's evolving employment environment to ensure your workplaces remain compliant and safe in the coming months.

This series has been submitted to the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 3.0 total hours of CLE instruction. Approval is pending. Additionally, 3.0 HRCI credits are also pending.

Navigating the FMLA, the ADA and Workers' Compensation

Bricker attorneys Liz Stock, Nick Ziepfel and Sue Roudebush will explore a variety of common scenarios involving employees with disabilities, ilnesses and injuries. We will discuss the legal and practical issues under the FMLA, ADA and/or workers' compensation law posted by each scenario.
