In case you missed prior updates, you can read the Fisher Phillips Insight about the federal appeals court ruling that’s currently blocking the ETS from taking effect, and about the upcoming Multidistrict Litigation Lottery that might change everything in the blink of an eye. While all the pending litigation resolves, PEOs and their clients need to spend their time getting ready to comply now, including developing policies and templates. There may not be much of a runway to get ready if another court clears the ETS for immediate takeoff.
