What We Know So Far About the Sysco Corp. Breach

News of the Sysco Corp. data breach is still fresh; however, what we know at this point comes from the company’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as a letter that the company sent to employees discussing the breach. According to these sources, on March 5, 2023, Sysco detected a cybersecurity event affecting the company’s computer network.
