A group of 23 AGs led by Florida AG Ashley Moody filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit arguing that the CDC did not have the statutory authority to impose a nationwide transportation mask mandate in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Washington AG Ferguson Fines Towing Company For Selling Service Members’ Vehicles
Washington AG Bob Ferguson reached a settlement with automobile towing company Chuck’s Towing and Recovery to resolve allegations that the company violated the Washington Consumer Protection Act and the federal Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act in three cases in which vehicles were towed and then sold at auction.
