Waves of recent Americans with Disabilities Act litigation have shone the spotlight on the accessibility of everything from websites to gift cards. This has led some businesses to think more creatively about how they can both better serve customers with disabilities and mitigate their legal risk. During this webinar, we’ll take a look at some of the laws governing the accessibility of products and services, beyond websites. We’ll also speak with representatives of Aira, a novel app-based service that provides real-time assistance for people with visual impairments, and learn how their partnerships have helped retailers improve access to their stores, both physical and virtual.
