Note: Individuals who have participated in our Higher Education Title IX Level 1 and Level 2 trainings have already met their annual requirements.

Who should attend?

This session is designed for postsecondary and adult education administrators*, student conduct administrators, human resources professionals and others who may find themselves handling Clery cases due to changes in their institution's Title IX procedures this year. This training is required pursuant to the Clery Act regulations.

*Only adult education programs that accept federal student aid are required to comply with Clery Act procedures.
