The emergence of COVID-19 has rocked the Physician Practice Management (PPM) Industry, and certain issues have arisen that PPMs must rapidly solve in order to adapt to in the current environment. During this in-depth virtual conference, featuring four 30-minute sessions, seasoned faculty will provide practical strategies and solutions to help PPMs adapt to this environment:

- PPM Cash Management: Strategies for cash management that PPM executives must consider, including negotiating with commercial payors, dealing with lenders, and tactical cash preservations strategies in a distressed PPM environment.
This program will be followed by another “virtual” conference on Thursday, April 9, featuring leading PPM executives sharing their insights, strategies and actions to help PPMs thrive in these challenging times.
