The second gathering at the DRM HR Café will feature a topic that is high on the minds of HR professionals, business owners and employees alike: COVID-19 vaccinations and whether businesses should mandate them.

Safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines are now being widely distributed across the country. As the vaccines become more readily available, this presentation will answer questions on the extent to which employers can implement mandatory vaccination policies, while remaining mindful of employees needing accommodation for disabilities or bona fide religious beliefs. Undoubtedly, employees will also expect their HR teams to provide additional information on the timeline for vaccinations and the efficacy of different vaccines.
