Rob Cox is a Key Account Executive for Recruit Rooster. In this role, he works one-on-one with employers to help them find, hire, and retain top talent through the organization’s many recruitment marketing solutions. In his day-to-day, he enjoys chatting with employers about their real-world talent acquisition problems and providing solutions that not only solve their problems, but ultimately help shape their company culture for the better through diversity and inclusion. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he is passionate about helping fellow veterans find their career path, and working with employers to hone their veteran recruitment strategies through technology and creative services. Rob has worked in the recruitment marketing industry since his transition from the military in 2018, and has participated in various speaking engagements ranging from webinars to podcasts to conferences.
