Here's the timetable for EEO-1 comp data reporting.
Late last week, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a status report in the case of National Women's Law Center v. Office of Management and Budget. The case is on appeal, but the status report was filed with the lower court.
According to the status report, here is the timetable for employer submission and EEOC acceptance of "Category 2" compensation data:
SUNDAY, JUNE 30: Employer training material with FAQs will be posted on the EEOC website.
MONDAY, JULY 1: Employers will begin receiving initial notifications via email and regular mail (but no log-in information).
FRIDAY, JULY 12: Employers will "begin to receive" log-in information via email and regular mail.
MONDAY, JULY 15: Compensation data collection will go live, and employers can begin submitting their information. Party on!
The status report concludes, "At this point . . . EEOC cannot begin to project what percentage of employers will submit Component 2 data by September 30, 2019 [the submission deadline]."
