Title IX Regulations Training (K-12)

Note that Level 1 registration fees are $40 and Level 2 registration fees are $100. Decision-maker with live hearing registration fees are $200. Registrants for the six level-defined sessions will receive a discount ($450 total). Registrants for the six level-defined sessions including the decision-maker & live hearing training will receive a discount ($550 total).

*Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the new Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the new Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Level 2: K-12 Title IX coordinator/administrator training

This advanced-level virtual training course is developed specifically for K-12 administrators to help them better understand their school’s obligations under Title IX. Topics include how school discipline processes intersect with Title IX, handling requests for confidentiality, policy considerations and the formal grievance process under the new Title IX regulations.
