Relativity’s David Horrigan, Discovery Counsel & Legal Education Director, and Jordan Domash, General Manager of Relativity Trace, will gather for a fireside chat-style webinar about proactive communication surveillance and compliance monitoring, and how technology like AI/machine learning can help to improve existing compliance and monitoring functions at financial services firms and corporate organizations around the world. Domash and Horrigan will plan to provide a brief overview of Relativity Trace, Relativity’s communication surveillance application, and its use cases, as well as talk through a variety of industry trends and answer any Q&As.

David Horrigan is Relativity’s discovery counsel and legal education director. An attorney, law school guest lecturer, e-discovery industry analyst, and award-winning journalist, David has served as counsel at the Entertainment Software Association, reporter and assistant editor at The National Law Journal, and analyst and counsel at 451 Research. He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Legaltech News, the Data Law Board of Advisors at the Yeshiva University Cardozo Law School, the Global Advisory Board of ACEDS, and the Faculty and Planning Committee of the University of Florida E-Discovery Conference. David was First Runner-Up for Best Legal Analysis in the 2019 Lexblog Excellence Awards, and he is the author of the annual Data Discovery Legal Year in Review. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and he studied international law at Universiteit Leiden in the Netherlands. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.

Jordan Domash has been with Relativity since 2014 and is the general manager of Relativity Trace. He guides the development and sale of this tool, built on the Relativity platform, for proactive compliance monitoring, leading engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Prior to developing Relativity Trace, Jordan was the Chief of Staff to Relativity’s Founder. In his role as Chief of Staff, Jordan balanced his time between strategic issues, internal and external communications, and tactical support for the executive team. Prior to Relativity, Jordan was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised large corporations and private equity firms on strategic issues, M&A due diligence, and operational effectiveness.
