Introduction This practical guide aggregates a total set of 150 questions and answers regarding the Law no. 13/2023, of April 3rd (called "2023 Reform”, with the Rectification Declaration no. 13/2023, of May 29th), which aims to correct and re-articulate to the main changes that occurred and entered into force last May 1st 2023. It should be noted that we have not exhausted all the issues and challenges created by the Decent Work Agenda ("DWA") as a whole, nor by the Green Paper on the Future of Work, or by Law no. 13/2023, of April 3rd.
