Basic Compliance & Ethics Academy overview
Are you looking to better…
- Support, enhance, and manage a compliance and ethics program?
- Mitigate risk within your organization?
- Understand the components of effective program infrastructure?
SCCE’s Basic Compliance & Ethics Academies provide three-and-a-half days of classroom-style training in the essentials of managing a compliance and ethics program. Ideal for practitioners with some compliance knowledge, Academies are led by experienced faculty offering guidance on a core curriculum of compliance elements. Class size is limited to encourage interaction with faculty and other Academy attendees, facilitate group exercises, and to provide opportunities to experiment with putting key principles into practice.
Curriculum elements include:
- Compliance policies and procedures
- Education and training
- Risk assessment
- Auditing and monitoring
- Conflicts of interest
- Anti-corruption and bribery
Attendees will have the opportunity to earn the live continuing education units (CEUs) needed to sit for the optional Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® exam offered on the last day of the Academy.
Provided on-site, participants receive a binder containing all course materials and a one-year online subscription to The Complete Compliance and Ethics Manual (a $319 value).
As one of SCCE’s most sought-after educational opportunities, Academies typically sell out several weeks, if not months, in advance. We encourage prospective attendees to enroll as early as possible.
